Directions: Combine contents of bag with 4 cups of cold water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 1 hour. Strain with mesh strainer, retaining liquid: compost or discard the pulp. Once cooled, stir in sweetener of choice: Honey or agave, at least 1 cup, but 2 cups will extend shelf life. Store refrigerated in a clean glass container. This homemade syrup will stay good when refrigerated for up to 3 months!
Dosage:
Adults: 1 Tablespoon per Day
Children over 1yo: 1 Teaspoon per Day
